How to copy printers to another RHEL system
Issue
- I would like to find out how to exactly copy a printer from one server to another server.
- It is possible to migrate the printer configuration from one machine to another.
- I have one Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 server that prints to several printers from an application running on it. That server will be taken down when the new server is migrated to. I need all the printers from the old app server on the new app server, so I need to be able to migrate them.
- Is migrating/copying printer configuration from RHEL 4.X to RHEL 6.X supported ?
