[Satellite6] goferd is unable to communicate with Satellite 6

Issue

• Clients is unable to communicate with Satellite 6.
• Errata apply fails with following error message

Host did not respond within 20 seconds. Is katello-agent installed and goferd running on the Host

• goferd is unable to communicate with the satellite.
• Following below warning error message under /var/log/message
