[A-MQ, mkahaDB,shared-file-locker] broker not shutting down when it loses the lock

Issue

  • when the share-file-locker is used with mkahadb, the broker does not get shutdown when it losses the lock. This allows 2 brokers to be master at that time.

  • JBoss A-MQ 6.2 GA
