Creating subnet in evaluation version of openstack platform 5 rhel7 is not working

Issue

• When I click launch new subnet window and after providing all the info, trying to submit it by clicking on create subnet button, it's not submitting, it hangs there.
• Also it does not give any error. Cancel working fine.
