Issue

After updating a deployment configuration, for example changing a environment variable, the new deployment fails with a message like this:

$ oc logs test-2-deploy
I0901 11:11:11.123456       1 deployer.go:197] Deploying from demo/test-1 to demo/test-2 (replicas: 1)
F0901 11:11:11.123987       1 deployer.go:64] couldn't assign source annotation to deployment demo/test-2: replicationControllers "test-2" cannot be updated: the object has been modified; please apply your changes to the latest version and try again

How can this be fixed?
