Is there a way in OpenShift to define NodeSelector for builds

Issue

As far as I could see, there is no way to define a NodeSelector for builds in BuildConfig. We need the ability to specify on which nodes STI builds can run because of our network isolation.
Is there a way to define NodeSelector for builds
