GFS2 filesystem unresponsive on one node

Issue

• The gfs2 filesystem is unresponsive on one of the nodes. The other 3 nodes in the cluster seem to be working normally.
• It has been over 5 minutes for a return to an 'ls' command. Problem reported by application team that performance seemed to degrade when additional files added.
• When application purge runs it hits a timeout limit. I've included the /var/log/messages file from affected node.
