Dynamic update of ESB cron-scheduler

Issue

When creating a schedule-provider of type simple or cron, the xml file will contain the default schedule - say, once a minute. Is it possible, for the said bean (or a configuration monitor bean) to change the frequency or cron expression of itself or another bean.This way, we could deploy the bean with a default schedule but alter the schedule by updating a record in a database.
