Increase the size of an OpenShift PV

Issue

  • We add a PV and allocate certain amount of storage. This storage is claimed and used by an application database. Now the database grows big and the storage is not sufficient. Can we increase the PV size? If not, what are the alternatives?

Environment

  • OpenShift Enterprise 3.0, 3.1, 3.2
  • OpenShift Container Platform 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6
