Getting stalled error while copying files using SCP on my RHEL servers. Why?

Issue

  • We are getting stalled error while copying file from one server to other.
  • We can 'get' the file without issues 100% of the time but not at all when we try to 'put' it.
  • Why scp is getting stalled when I try to upload files via scp/winscp?

Environment

  • RHEL 6.6
  • scp operation "getting stalled"
