Issue

• We are trying to create a XA-data source using this command.

/subsystem=datasources/xa-data-source=TestDS/xa-datasource-properties=URL:add(value="jdbc:oracle:thin:@${env.JBDB_URL}:1521:XYZ")

This is the error message that I see in server.log during startup
