After reinstallation disk is not recognized as a LVM2 physical volume.
Issue
- After reinstallation old disk is not recognized as a
LVM2 physical volume. - Resinstalled OS on
/dev/sdaand kept/dev/sdbas untouched. After installation/dev/sdbis not recognized as aLVM2 physical volume.
# pvscan --cache --activate ay /dev/sdb
the message is
“No PV label found on /dev/sdb”

- lvm2
