Why am I getting "InnoDB: Error: tablespace id and flags in file './recovery/2table.ibd'" error on my RHEL 7 server?

Issue

we are in the need of a backup system of our mariadb with innodb storage engine. we have seen percona but when restoring we get the following error
InnoDB: Error: tablespace id and flags in file './recovery/2table.ibd' are 12 and 0, but in the InnoDB
InnoDB: data dictionary they are 15 and 0.
this is the error after the last stap of recovery (IMPORT TABLESPACE)

are there maybe ways in completing this or do you have alternatives that allow partial backups (table per table restore) because we need to be able to restore each table individually

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0
  • innodb, mariadb
  • database restore
