Why rpc.gssd is crashing shorty after startup ?

Issue

  • When handling NFSv4 & Krb5 mounts, rpc.gssd daemon crashes shortly after startup.
  • Running manually rpc.gssd in foreground is giving the below error.
# /usr/sbin/rpc.gssd -vvvf
