How to deploy web application into fuse fabric ?

Issue

• Noticed the following problems:
  • War updates are not deployed using profiles
  • If i deploy a war file (with a profile) using the maven plugin (mvn fabric8:deploy), code changes are not hot deployed. This works for camel based projects.
  • It is not possible to deploy a web app into a child container (only the root container works), the child container is waiting for pending downloads
