Does CloudForms support multi-step approval?

Issue

• Can CloudForms support multi-step approval like the following?

1. Requester only see and list the requests he made
2. Supervisor can only see tasks that related to him by group.  and he will approve the requester at step 1 approval
3. Manager  can only see tasks that related to him by group.  and he will approve the requester at step 2 approval
Step 2 cannot be made or seen by anyone before step 1 is approved
