Ceilometer seems to stop working and Horizion reports "Warning: There are no meters defined yet."
Issue
Starting from this morning "Resource Usage Summary" on horizon web UI stop working and return message:
"Warning: There are no meters defined yet."
All cluster resource is started/OK.
