Ceilometer appears to be broken in OSP 7 Director based installation
Issue
Horizon Ceilometer "Resource Usage" page times out. There are numerous errors in ceilometer logs on controllers such as:
central.log:2015-10-05 11:50:21.708 7768 TRACE ceilometer.coordination raise coordination.ToozError(utils.exception_message(e))
central.log:2015-10-05 11:50:21.708 7768 TRACE ceilometer.coordination ToozError: You can't write against a read only slave.
