Typo in "Get Started" commands

There is a typo in the 3rd command for step 3 of our OpenStack "get started" guide

The following command:
"# subscription-manager repos --enable=enable=rhel-7-server-rh-common-rpms "
should be:
"# subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-rh-common-rpms "
