Inconsistency in content of content-view with same filter on different time span with Red Hat Satelltie6

Issue

• Additional packages while creating or publishing a content-view with same filter (Type : Exclude by date) on different time span. Errata which updated later and added new rpm are now present in the latest content-view.
• There is difference in content of content-view on day D with exclude filter F and another version published after the (D+n days) with exact same filter F.
• There is mismatch in number of packages in both content-views . Errata which updated later and added new packages are part of the new content-view.
