tftp Transfer timed out on localhost
Issue
- Running the tftp command times out when getting a file from localhost
root@localhost ~]# tftp -vvv localhost -c get me
Connected to localhost (::1), port 69
getting from localhost:me to me [netascii]
Transfer timed out.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- tftp
- IPv6
