How to get JDBC driver spy logs while using ojdbc6_g.jar with JDK Util logging

We want to debug oracle driver (using ojdbc6_g.jar) by increasing log level. We need to do this as some OracleAQ messages are being read as null recently.

We found an article on oracle how to configure java.util.logging directly, So how to achieve the same logging in JBoss EAP.
