When selinux is in enforcing mode httpd fails to start
Issue
- I see the following when starting Apache (httpd)
# service httpd start
Starting httpd: /usr/sbin/httpd: error while loading shared libraries: libm.so.6:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
- I also see the following when I look for this library in /lib or /lib64
ls -Z /lib|grep -i libm.so.6
lrwxrwxrwx root root system_u:object_r:file_t:s0 libm.so.6
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x
- selinux-policy-2.4.6-327.el5
