Issue
- Several registered server received the following errors:

The client picked up this action on 08/ 7/12 9:46:58 AM CEST.
The client completed this action on 08/ 7/12 9:47:13 AM CEST.
Client execution returned "This action has been picked up multiple times without a successful transaction; this action is now failed for this system." (code )
