Satellite WebUI does not show expected kickstart profiles or trees

Issue

• Exported channels from one Satellite server and exported on other Satellite server but kickstart profiles are not listed in Satellite WebUI.

• The kickstart profiles on Satellite WebUI are listed as "Not RHN Satellite Managed".

• The kickstart installation trees not visible in WebUI after syncing channel with satellite-sync.
