JMS load balancing not working in JBoss EAP
Issue
Follow these steps to reproduce the issue:
- Set up a 2-node JBoss Messaging cluster.
- Set up a message consumer on a clustered queue on each node.
- Send 10 messages the clustered queue on one node.
- Only the consumer listening to that node receives the messages. No load balancing occurs.
