Issue

After installation and reboot I am presented with a textual login and cannot successfully login.
I can enter the login username, but not the password.
It is not possible to enter any character in the password field.
When I restart the Linux RHEL 6 Guest OS I am always presented with a welcome screen showing a horizontal loading page, and then the login and password page appears.
From here it is not possible to enter any characters into the password field.
