Rawdevices not supported in s390x before RHEL 5.4
Issue
Raw devices not working:
# raw /dev/raw/raw1 /dev/dasdaj1
Cannot open master raw device '/dev/rawctl' (No such device or address)
Environment
- s390z
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.3
