Samba/Winbind stops communicating
Issue

Random servers could not communicate with Active Directory due to which users can not log into the server.

Most of the time a restart of services (winbind / samba) resolves the issue, but occasionally it is required to either reset the computre account in Active Directory or remove the computer object, re-add it and then re-join the server.
