Cannot set max no of processes hard and soft limit by pam_limits when using sudo
Issue
With the current sudo code base, it is impossible to set the limit on maximum number of processes owned by a user to unlimited.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- sudo-1.7.4p5-11.el6.x86_64
