RHEV virtual machine still tries to boot from PXE after OS installation and reboot

Issue

• Running a VM in “Run Once” mode and selecting “Boot From Network (PXE)”, the VM will boot from network every time after restart, until it is at least once completely power cycled.
• We are installing our guests using PXE provided by cobbler. For some reason, after it's doing the installs and rebooting, it's dropping right back into an attempt to PXE boot.
