IBMChanger is not appearing in TSM Linux server

Issue

We have one TSM server having RHEL version 6.4. Recently after reboot IBMChanger is not displaying.
After a system reboot IBM Medium Changer devices are no longer visible on server, please help us to fix this issue.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, 6, 7
IBM Tape and Medium Changer devices
Fibre Channel SAN
