Caches are not finishing rebalancing if a node is stopped in a JDG cluster
Issue
- If an instance is stopped the remaining cluster is not able to finish rebalancing
- If an instance is restarted in a cluster it hung during startup
- How to enhance the configuration if there is a huge number of caches configured
