Is there an snmp-adaptor.sar for EAP 6 and later?

Issue

• Is there an snmp-adaptor.sar for JBOSS EAP 6 like it was in JBOSS EAP 5 or Is there any other way to configure SNMP for JBoss EAP 6? Is there any beta version of such an adaptor for EAP7 ? Maybe can you provide me an example of how implement a conversion from JMX trap to SNMP trap ?
• How to configure SNMP to monitor JBoss EAP 6.1 server ?
• Enabling snmp on workers: Is there any documentation on enable snmp on server configurations? In the past as it is used in jboss-as 4.2.3 with great success and would like to integrate here as well.
• Is it possible to use the snmp-adaptor found in the SOA-P 5.3.1 to deploy on JBoss EAP 6.1?
