Is it possible to make incremental backup using ceph-backup with Ceph backend ?

Issue

We are using the following setup:

NFS : dedicated as your cinder-backend
Ceph: dedicated only for cinder backup purpos

Our current platform uses NFS as cinder backend while our cinder-backup uses Ceph, is it possible to make incremental backup on our current deployment?
