How to set session timeout for long running database query during load test against JBoss EAP 6

Issue

Application is timing out at 300 seconds. User is doing load tests against a JBoss EAP 6 instance are resulting in application sessions timing out after 300 seconds when waiting for a response from a long running database query.
On a load test environment with multiple test users running large queries. Please advise which timeout setting this may be related to so that it can be increased?
