Is it possible to directly manage and run KVM guests originally created under Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4 (or above) on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 KVM host?

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.0 (or later)
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.0 (or above)
  • KVM guest image created on RHEL5.4 (or later)
  • KVM guest image created on RHEV2.1 (or later)
