XCCDF resolved tags have characters converted in OpenSCAP in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6

After resolution, the XHTML tags' angle brackets (inside
text) have been escaped (to < and &rt;) and thus they don't render properly anymore. -
The XCCDF spec states that it should be allowed to have XHTML tags inside a
. Both and have type "cdf:htmlTextWithSubType" (which I assume permits XHTML children).
