Issue
- After updating Apache not able to access webpage - http://example.com/data/index.php
- This warning is displayed
"Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/var/lib/php/session/sess_rcnlt1mntlllgvchir7003bro1, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied
Permission on directory
[root@server ~]# ls -l /var/lib/php
drwxrwx--- 2 root apache 98304 Jul 19 16:35 session
