EPP 5.2 slow startup

Issue

In EPP 5.1, the initialization takes ~9 seconds:

2012-07-17 13:57:30,251 INFO  [exo.jcr.component.core.JDBCWorkspaceDataContainer] (main) Using a dialect 'MySQL'
2012-07-17 13:57:39,004 INFO  [exo.jcr.component.core.DBInitializer] (main) DB schema of DataSource: 'system' initialized succesfully

In EPP 5.2.1, this takes 16 minutes:

2012-07-17 01:48:20,181 INFO  [exo.jcr.component.core.JDBCWorkspaceDataContainer] (main) Using a dialect 'MySQL'
2012-07-17 02:04:30,473 INFO  [exo.jcr.component.core.DBInitializer] (main) DB schema of DataSource: 'system' initialized succesfully
