How to configure UIDs and GIDs for RHEV service accounts on RHEV-H

Issue

In order to properly support environments where the UIDs and GIDs of the RHEV service accounts may be different than the default values, does RHEV-H allow configuration of these UIDs/GIDs at install time? This normally wouldn't be an issue when using storage domains of type iSCSI and fibre channel, but when you use NFS, it can cause problems.
