Some queries on runlevel.
Issue
- Is there a standard runlevel that most people run after installation?
- Does running runlevel 5 consume a lot more resources than runlevel 3?
- We have learned that when you are on runlevel 3, there is no gui and if you need it on for a console, then you have to run startx to start the gui. Is there a way to shutdown X once you are done?
- Over all, is there any benefit to running one runlevel over another?
