WARN message in the agent.log file after clean JON installation

Issue

After clean JON installation, the following WARNs are logged in the agent.log file:

WARN  [main] (rhq.core.pc.inventory.InventoryManager)- RESOURCE ID IS 0! Operation features may not work - resource needs to be synced with server
WARN  [main] (rhq.core.pc.inventory.InventoryManager)- RESOURCE ID IS 0! Content features may not work - Resource needs to be synced with server

Why do we have this logged? What configuration is missing?
