TFTP configuration not created although host exists in Red Hat Satellite 6.1
Issue
- newly created host specified by MAC only fails to boot as unable to load PXE menu from TFTP server
- nothing shows up in
/var/lib/tftpboot/pxelinux.cfgdirectory - no error in either log
- TFTP was enabled, DHCP and DNS setup properly
