Why Virtual Machines cannot communicate to any other server other than its host hypervisor in RHEV
Issue
- Virtual machine have network connectivity to the host hypervisor but it don't have connectivity to any other servers including the gateway.
- Able to ping the guest gateway from the host but getting error
destination host unreachablein the VM - Network communication between the host hypervisor and the guest is working without any issue.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x hosts with 6.5 guest machines.
