Internet Explorer and mod_nss issue with TLSv1.2

Issue

Users are unable to access the secure site using Internet Explorer with TLS 1.2 enabled,disabling TLS 1.2 in IE users are then able to access the site.
mod_nss causes IE to fail with Bad Certificate when using TLS 1.2
