Synaptics Erratic touchpad and pointer behaviour

Issue

• Synaptics Erratic touch pad and pointer behaviour.
• Track pad is very erratic at times and causes the mouse pointer to become almost unusable.
• The Synaptics touch pad works until need to focus on an specific item.
• While trying to minimize/maximize a window or select a file, mouse pointer starts to jump around the item/focus point like it is too sensitive.
