Incorrect timezone on overcloud nodes

Issue

  • Overcloud nodes deployed via OSP director have a timezone of "America/New York" but another timezone should be used.

  • The director VM had the timezone set to "UTC" when the OS was installed.

  • This timezone was not propagated to the overcloud, and a configuration option to set the timezone of the overcloud nodes does not appear to be available.

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 7.0
