After login, the desktop gnome-panel and the menus are gone, but only background appears in RHEL 6
Issue
- Try to use locale ko_KR.eucKR or zh_CN.GB18030 with the Gnome desktop.
- The locale is not selectable from the login menu after making manual modifications (see Environment).
- After login the desktop background appears however gnome-panel and the menus never appear.
- The screen remains in this state and user has to kill the session to return to GDM.
- No mouse event.
- too many errors on .xsession_errors

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6
- GNOME Desktop
- Non UTF-8 locale (GB2312, GBK, GB18030, eucKR, and so on)
