lvm not respecting pv tags while using lvxtend with --alloc cling
Issue
- While trying to extend and LV with cling allocation, tagged pv's end up being mixed between lv's as if tag_list is ignored
- Mirrors end up containing pvs with both tags
- lvextend does not work when using --alloc cling
